Janky Jewels is a New York-based brand that focuses on the fusion of sculpture, objets d'art, and costume jewelry. In an effort to restore kitschy trinkets and industrial hardware and repurpose precious materials, Janky Jewels is all about collectibles and treasures. The jewelry, designed by Carol Lee in her hometown of New York, is inspired by scratching machines in general stores, trips to the dollar store, and her father's work as a jeweler. All pieces are handmade by Carol in her Brooklyn studio. She's also a Scorpio.
